Growing Tomorrow's Leaders: Cultivating Habits and Skills for Success
Strong leaders aren’t born – they’re grown through intentional practice and supportive guidance. In this training, we’ll explore practical strategies for developing leadership skills among your staff members to build a more empowered and effective team. Discover how to foster habits of effective communication, responsibility and accountability, teamwork and collaboration, and creative problem-solving in your staff. By cultivating these skills, you’ll help your team members grow in confidence and capability, equipping them to lead with clarity, compassion, and innovation in their daily work and future roles.

Leadership Series (3 Sessions)
Part 1 - Understanding Your Leadership Style - Learn about transformational, servant, democratic, autocratic, and laissez-faire leadership styles. Which type of leader are you?
Part 2 - Your Leadership Journey - Review main ideas from session 1 and discuss connections you have made as you have grown in your leadership role.
Part 3 - Developing Your Leadership Profile - Develop a deeper understanding of your leadership style, your strengths, and the supports you need.
